How We Work
  • Tell us about your travel dates, flights and number of people at least 3-4 weeks before your trip
  • We will call you to discuss where you want to go and what you want to do and see, so we can fully customise your travel experience
  • We will arrange an invoice for payment
  • We will create a fully customised travel plan for you, including transport, maps, places of interest etc and send to you for review
  • Once finalised and you are happy with the trip plan, we will provide a PDF copy to you via email and LINE

Service charge of 600 THB ($20 USD) per day of travel. If travelling for 7 or more days, contact us directly about a discounted price

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is Centaur Travel a registered company?

    Yes, Centaur Management is a legally registered company in Thailand (Company ID: 0105551048950). We are bound and governed by the laws of Thailand. Centaur Management is wholly owned and managed by a husband and wife team from Australia and Thailand. We can assist you in both English and Thai so language barrier is not a problem.

  • Which destinations do you cover?

    We provide travel plans for all countries in the Asia Pacific region. Our main focus is on Japan travel but we have created travel plans for our customers travelling to many countries including South Korea, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore and Australia.

  • Do your book hotel, restaurants and airline tickets?

    Our travel plans do not cover bookings but we will be more than happy to make some recommendations for you. If you require us to pay for any bookings in advance or purchase airline tickets for you, we can do so at an additional cost. Due to the nature of Airbnb, we cannot make any Airbnb bookings for you. Once again, we will more than happy to recommend places that will make your travel much easier and a more pleasurable experience.

  • How long will iot take to create my travel plan?

    On average it takes about one week to create a 5 day travel plan. If you require your customised travel plan quicker, let us know and we can try and fast track your plan. Additional charges may apply.

  • What payment types do you accept?

    For our clients in Thailand, we accept payment via direct bank transfer. For our international clients, we also accept payments via Paypal (An additional 5% surcharge may apply for Paypal fees)

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Once your payment is made, we will immediately start planning your trip. If you decide to cancel our services before we submit your plans you will receive a 50% refund. Once our plans are sent to you we do not offer any refund.

  • Once our trip starts, can we contact you from overseas?

    Yes, we will always be contactable via LINE (during standard business hours) if you have any trouble with our travel plans. We will always do our best to support you and make sure you have the best holiday possible.

  • Why should we choose your services?

    Our service is perfect for people who enjoy traveling and want to travel more but don't enjoy dealing with the logistics. This is also perfect for travelers who do not wish to spend hours trying to figure out what to do and how to visit various places in the country they visit.
